Terms of Service

1. Who we are

UPNord ("we", "us") provides Denmark employment and relocation intelligence software. By using UPNord you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

UPNord helps international professionals evaluate Danish job opportunities, offers, contracts and relocation logistics. Outputs (salary breakdowns, offer verdicts, contract analyses, relocation plans) are informational only and are not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Always verify critical decisions with a qualified Danish professional.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or harm other users.

4. Free and Pro plans

UPNord offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan (monthly, quarterly, or one-time Founders). Free-plan limits, Pro features and prices are described on the Billing page and may change with prior notice. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account and retain access until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

If UPNord Pro doesn't help, email us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. One-line policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the right to use. Don't use UPNord to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, or train competing AI models. Don't attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of CVs, job ads, offers and contracts you submit. You grant UPNord a limited licence to process this content solely to deliver the service to you. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train third-party models.

8. Disclaimers

UPNord is provided "as is". Danish tax brackets, statutory rules and market data change; we make best efforts to keep references current but do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any particular decision. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPNord's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
